Major Differences:
How about the whole entire plot? But here's some mains things...
Precia does not die, and her name is spelled that way.
Ascot is killed (accidentally) by Caldina.
Caldina is killed (intentionally) by Innova.
So is Rafarga, oh and his name is spelled that way.
Alcione is mortally wounded by Rafarga and dies in a battle with the Knights.

So pretty much noone survives, there's entirely different people you help along the way, I'd have to go back and remember exactly what happens. Innova has a really big part, but he's quite a bit more ruthless in the game. In the english translation he has a neat evil sounding feminine voice. (Think HIM from powerpuff girls without the reverb or something....)

All in all it's pretty spiffy, but it's a parallel stand alone story, NOT a continuation of the TV series or OAV series or anything.
